The intent of deep cleaning is to remove all loosely adhered particles on the surface structure. The standards set for cleanliness match those used in hospital operating rooms and may include “white-glove” inspections. Deep cleaning processes are implemented when the product being manufactured requires a dust-free environment. It can also refer to the intensive cleaning activity that takes place when building construction and equipment installation has been completed.
